iGrOOps: Visiting Laos

Hi all. I met some of you at the inaugural meeting last year. I expected to make a short trip back to Oz and return to Chiang Mai early in the new year. As things have turned out I got stuck in Laos and it looks like I will be here for a while on an AusAid project.

I am missing the photo group although I try to keep up as much as possible through the email and BB. I have not found anything similar in Vientiane.

It occures to me that if anyone is visiting Vientiane (maybe on a visa run or something) they would like to be shown a few photo sites or just have a friendly face to talk to.

Feel free to email me. I am back in Oz at the moment getting introduced to my new grand-daughter but will be "home" in Laos by the end of the month. Cheers

Welcome back and thanks for posting. I'm hoping to make it to Laos sometime in the next few months and will get in touch before arriving. In the meantime please feel free to enter pictures for the assignments and for the forthcoming CMPG Exhibition details of which will be appearing on this site in the next few days.
