Sometimes this application doesn't show the correct name of the last person to post on a thread so until that's fixed please open the thread to check for yourself. There are several things you can personalise in the the settings by clicking on the [User Preferences] link below, for example email notification when someone replies to your post or sends you a Private Message.

Subject: Photoshop malfunction

I did nothing, I swear it......

I opened Photoshop Elements 6 that I loaded from the disk Wyndham or Mike handed out a long time ago. A msg popped up saying there was a problem with licensing, delete and reload or call my IT admin, and then Elements auto closed. Would not re-open.

OK, tried CS3; would not open.

Took the lazy way out and reloaded from the disk without deleting first because I remembered it had a "repair" option. Worked, and now both Elements and CS3 are OK.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Nope. Never had any problems with either of them but glad to hear things are now under control.
